Tepidarium (temperature 38°C)
the air is enriched with essences, it soothes and warms up the body slightly before using saunas
Salt sauna (temperature 38 to 43°C)
the air is ionized with a sea salt solution, which has a positive effect on the respiratory tract and stimulates the immune system
Herbal sauna (temperature 38 to 43°C)
the steam is aromatized with herbs that have a beneficial effect on inflammatory diseases, stimulation and relaxation of the body
Turkish steam bath (temperature 42 to 45°C)
steam scented with eucalyptus, has a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract, prevents colds and helps the body to eliminate harmful substances
Laconium (temperature 48 to 50°C)
this sauna is suitable for people who cannot tolerate high temperatures like in the Finnish and Russian saunas
Finnish sauna (temperature 80 to 90°C)

Russian sauna (temperature 95 to 110°C)

Our special barrel with ice offers instant cooling and improves blood circulation to the skin. It stimulates blood circulation, promotes regeneration and detoxification, and contributes to an overall feeling of well-being.
Bucket with ice water
The ice water bucket is ideal for a quick and effective cool down after a sauna session. Simply pull the rope and the rapid stream of cold water will instantly cool you down.
